Definitions

Words such as “We”, “Us” and “Us” are used to refer to HEBES Cosmetics Ltd. Goods refer to the products that are available for sale. Orders refer to the request for purchase you make from our store. Service refers to the online store.

Your order cancellation rights

You can cancel your orders after placing them. However, you need to make sure that you don't use the product and return it back in its original unopened packaging. When your returned product arrives at our warehouse, we will provide you a refund to your payment provider which you use for your purchase.

Conditions for returns

You should ensure that the product is not taken out of its original packaging and you will be responsible for the shipping cost if you wish to return your item. This should be done within 14 days of reception.

If the product is tampered with from outside, you should not accept it. You should refuse the delivery.

If you want to return a product for warranty claims, you should ensure that the product has at least 75% content on it. We offer a warranty period of two years for all the products.

If you received a different product, you should return it to our warehouse within 72 hours of reception. You will need to take a photograph of the product in its original packaging and a photograph of the product barcode and send it to us.

Steps for returning the goods

You are responsible for bearing the cost of returns. Make sure that you capture a photograph of your packaging and the barcode of the product and send them to our customer support.

After we review your return request, a return delivery note and a confirmation of scheduled pick-up note will be sent to your email address.

Please fill out the return delivery note and schedule a pick up time with our carrier to pick up your returns.

Once we receive the item, we will initiate the next steps, review the return products and issue refunds to your account. (Please note that the cost of returning the parcel will be deducted from the total amount)

Return cost

Once your return request is approved, a confirmation of scheduling a pick-up with our carrier will be sent to you. You don’t need to pay anything to our carrier. The cost of shipping will be deducted when we issue your refunds.

Returning damaged or incomplete orders

You are responsible for inspecting the condition of the product packaging upon reception. If you notice that the packaging is tampered with, you should reject the delivery. If you notice that the product is damaged after opening, you should send it back to us within 72 hours. You must take photographs of the product, product packaging, and product barcode and send us separately. In case of damaged orders, we will be responsible for the return cost.
